QUADRANGLE ARCHITECTS LIMITED CHALLENGE As a high profile and dynamic firm within Canada’s architecture field, Quadrangle Architects Limited wanted to continue to build its profile and to establish itself as top of mind for developers and city builders alike. Budman and Associates was retained to position the firm at the forefront of architecture and design, raise awareness for their high profile projects and communicate Quadrangle’s diverse expertise within the residential, commercial, media and retail/hospitality industries. The challenge was in differentiating Quadrangle from other international and Canadian architecture firms with strong portfolios of work. Throughout the program, Budman and Associates positioned Quadrangle as industry leaders, innovative thinkers and creators of fresh business models. The five principal architects were leveraged through the media as expert spokespeople for the industry and sector specialists in universal design, sustainability, adaptive reuse, etc. TACTICS - Wrote and distributed targeted and timely media materials

RESULTS During this campaign Quadrangle received unprecedented levels of print and online media coverage across Canada and the United States; the firm’s workload increased resulting in staff growth of over 20 per cent. - Media relations generated coverage mentioning Quadrangle, the principals and their projects in print, radio and TV outlets including: Globe and Mail, National Post, Toronto Star, Metropolis magazine (US), Cottage Life, Globe and Mail online videos, etc.
- Researched and secured speaking opportunities for principal architects (Canadian Brownfields Conference, etc.)
- Promoted speaking engagements involving Quadrangle, secured an eight-page bylined article in Construction Canada as a result
